We appreciated nice staff and location. In the evening we visited Marble Brewery it was nearby. Besides, Wi Fi throughout the property was a bonus. It was a 3-star hotel in every way.
-
Terrific Location, Staff and Amenities
Nice big rooms, well equipped, staff super friendly, on site food options many and good. Highly recommend.
-
Location, breakfast
We reserved a king suite and was given a two full size beds and there were no more kings left. We ended up leaving to go somewhere with a king bed. Very disappointed having to find a hotel at midnight.
-
Nice place. Only problem was too many people so you had to sign up to use the pool!
-
Room
How tv / cable was set up . No directions on usage . Hard time figuring remote out . And being charged for local calls .
-
good breakfast, hotel is very attractive inside, nice colors outside, close to freeway.
-
Oh we loved the beds, and the hot breakfast, wonderfull time
Nothing everthing was perfect

The front desk personnel was not accommodating and I had to request to speak to a manager. In addition, the front desk staff person had a cold and kept sniffing and making me feel like he should not have been at work and spreading germs.
Don't allow people that are sick to be at front desk.

The staff was just plain wonderful Great free breakfast
I felt the rooms were very outdated. The room could have been clean but the drapes were heavy and looked like they would hold dust. The rug was very dirty feeling..even maybe it had just been cleaned but it was old and looked like it could be dirty

breakfast was excellent, breakfast staff were exceptional.
TV movies were too complicated to access.

Everything was very nice. Great breakfast, restaurant, location, and great town! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
Beds were a little cheap feeling compared to most embassy suites. Dinner on Jan 30th had terrible service. Severely understaffed and an obnoxious loud band was playing in the lobby.
-
The happy hour, breakfast and the excellent temperature in the pool.
Carpets a little dirty, curtain showers with mold, long black hair on towels and do not smell fresh.
-
I liked the view and location.
The bed was not as comfy or having to pay $48 for a steak at the restaurant.

When we arrived , front entrance was closed and we had to enter thru very dingy narroe dirty hall.Food at the restuarant was very poor quality and very expensive for what we were served. Alarm went off with announcement that we needed to leave the hotel and not to use the elevator. We were on the 8th floor and I was scheduled for surgery at 5:45 AM the next morning at the Heart Hospital of New Mexico. After the first announcement the manager came on stating that it was a water leak and that it was not really an emergency. Then more bells ringing lights flashing and again saying we needed to leave the hotel and not to use the elevator. I made 3 trips up and down the stairs because my daughter was arriving at the time the bells and flashing light were going off. She had a seperate room on the 4th floor. She never even got into her room. There was not sufficient personell there to handle the situation. We have stay at this hotel several times in the past and it was a very nice place to stay. We had very traumatic experience and feel the management and staff were not close to the quality that it was 6 years ago

The staff were extremely professional, friendly and accomodating. All the services provided or asked for were top notch. The breakfast and social hour were as described, full service at no additional charge.
Could have been a little more assertive busing and cleaning the breakfast nook during the peak high traffic hour. Change table linnens between sittings.
